What is the normal delivery time?
From an approved and pre-paid order, the normal delivery time is 3–5 weeks. Cups from KeepCup and Fellow are shipped from England.
In addition, allow at least one week for design work. The process is faster when specifications, requests, and logo in vector format are submitted immediately. Therefore, plan well in advance of trade fairs, campaign launches, or seasonal gifts.
What is the minimum order quantity?
KeepCup: from 60 units of the same model (SKU). It is often possible to mix colors on components such as lids or bands.
Fellow: from 120 units of the same model (SKU).
We can offer a better price per cup when purchasing 250, 500, or 1,000 units.
How many color combinations can I order?
KeepCup: As long as the colours are available, lids, plugs, and bands can be supplied in various combinations. For example, you can order 100 KeepCup Brew with a logo on the glass, where 50 have red lids and 50 have blue. Components in custom Pantone colours require a minimum order of 3,000 units.
Fellow: Colour choices depend on stock availability. When ordering, for example, 120 Carter cups of the same size and colour, it may be possible to split the order between different lid types.
What file format do you need for the logo or design?
Suppliers require the logo in vector format: .ai, .eps, or .pdf. A vector file can be scaled without losing sharpness and ensures a good print result. Pantone numbers are also useful for color matching.
Can I see a sample before I order?
We cannot produce a physical sample with branding, but you will always approve the design in a digital mock-up before production begins.
How do import, customs clearance and delivery work?
Typica is responsible for import and forwarding and delivers the cups to the desired address. Total shipping costs are NOK 3,000.
How is the cost calculated?
The price consists of a fixed cost per cup and a cost for digital printing or engraving. The amount varies with the cup, design, and quantity. All designs have a setup fee of NOK 1,500 per SKU.
What types of prints are available?
KeepCup:
- Glass, plastic, and stainless steel: full-color digital printing, with the option for wrap-around printing
- Elastic band: screen printing with up to four colors
- Cork band: laser engraving without colors
- Stainless steel: laser engraving
Fellow:
- Laser engraving that removes the lacquer and highlights the stainless steel
- Color printing with an unlimited number of colors and a 360° print area
Are logo mugs dishwasher safe?
KeepCup Original, Brew, and Steel are made for longevity and are dishwasher-safe. To best preserve the logo over time, we recommend the top rack and a gentle cycle. Cork bands should not be washed in the dishwasher.
Fellow Carter can also be washed in the dishwasher, but handwashing or the top rack is recommended for the longest possible lifespan.
