Hario Switch Immersion SSD

This is a real innovation from HARIO. Here, they have combined the V60 brewing method with full immersion, or boiled coffee if you will. This is inspired by the fantastic Largo tea dripper. This means you can easily lock the brewer in an open position and still brew with it just like a regular V60 (The glass, the brewer itself in this dripper, is the exact same glass as in the regular V60 drippers). Underneath, a silicone stand with an open-close mechanism is mounted, so you can also close the bottom and let the coffee brew in the dripper itself before releasing the water. It then functions in the same way as the well-known Clever Dripper. This opens up a new world of possibilities for extracting the good flavors from the coffee. This set includes 40 filters.
