Built for Speed
This journal is designed to be simple and quick to use. You don't have to write long notes if you don't want to; just check the boxes and quickly mark the flavors you recognize. Then you can add any notes you wish.
The flavor wheel you fill out can be used to quickly recall the taste of a tea long after the actual taste has faded from memory. For low values, mark near the center of the wheel, and vice versa. You'll then have a useful map of the flavor experience of that particular tea. Since tea offers such a broad and complex flavor experience, this flavor wheel has more spokes than the equivalent for coffee. Practice makes perfect. The tea in the example above is a black organic tea from India.
