Hario Pegasus Dripper

Unlike the conical V60, the Pegasus has a flat bottom with two drainage holes. This design promotes a more even extraction by allowing water to flow uniformly through the coffee. The Pegasus allows for a slower and more controlled brewing process than the V60, which can help achieve the desired flavor profile without over-extraction and makes it easy to replicate the brewing method for more consistent coffee.

The Pegasus has the same ridges on the inside as the V60, which prevents the paper filter from sticking to the walls and ensures a consistent water flow.
